We manufacture steel building domes in desired sizes.
All domes to be manufactured are subjected to static calculations and their bearings are checked.
Steel construction domes are formed by using St 37 quality structural steels to form the carrier system.
In order to create the carrier system, we work with 0 error rate by bending the materials in special CNC machines.
After the lower parts of the steel construction domes are covered with green gypsum panel, gypsum plaster and satin paint are applied on it.
Glass wool is used for insulation between carrier systems.
After covering the upper part of the steel construction domes with water plywood, fiberglass (bakelite) is covered on it.
All of our productions are fabricated and we only do assembly work at the construction site.
